Information Disclosure Policy

In order for DHR and its Asset Manager Daiwa House Asset Management Co., Ltd. to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and the maximization of unitholder value over the medium to long term, this website aims to provide an opportunity for unitholders and other stakeholders to learn more about the various sustainability initiatives and approaches implemented by DHR and the Asset Manager thus far.
Going forward, DHR will keep striving to further enhance its ESG initiatives with respect to its real estate investment management business, while endeavoring to appropriately disclose such performance.

Scope and Period of Report, and Timing of Updates

Scope of report	In principle, the activities of DHR and the Asset Manager are covered. (Note 1)
Period of report	April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (Note 2)
Timing of updates	In principle, annually. (Scheduled for release around August)

• The Asset Manager is a wholly owned subsidiary of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. and is a member of the Daiwa House Group. Accordingly, some of the activities reported here are initiatives of the Daiwa House Group that it carries out as a member of the Daiwa House Group.
• Excluding items that have a specified period or time. Qualitative information on each of the initiatives, etc. may include cases outside the period.
