CDP Assessments

Climate Change Program

Awarded the Highest Score of "A" and Named on the "A List" for Climate Change for the Fifth Consecutive Year

CDP Score is provided across four levels and eight-tier score bands: Leadership level (A and A-), Management level (B and B-), Awareness level (C and C-), and Disclosure level (D and D-).

In the 2025 assessment, DHR was awarded the highest score of "A" and a place on the CDP A List for Climate Change for the fifth consecutive year. DHR was recognized for its internationally high standards of commitment and information disclosure on climate change issues.

Water Security Program

DHR also participated in the Water Security program in 2025 for the first time and received a "B-" score.

Supplier Engagement Assessment

Awarded the Highest Score of “A” and Named on the "Leaderboard" for the Sixth Consecutive Year

CDP evaluates how corporate respondents are encouraging sustainability throughout their value chain in the Supplier Engagement Assessment. CDP analyzes data from all companies that disclose through CDP on climate change, relating to targets, supplier engagement, scope 3 emissions including verification, risk management processes, and governance and business strategy.

DHR has participated in the CDP Climate Change Program since 2020 and made it onto the Leaderboard for the sixth consecutive year as one of the highest-rated companies in the 2025 CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment. Approximately 1,960 companies including DHR were recognized on the Leaderboard for their excellent supplier engagement.

GRESB Real Estate Assessment

GRESB Rating

DHR received GRESB rating of "4 Stars" on a 5-star scale evaluation of the overall score relative to global participants in the 2025 GRESB Real Estate Assessment.

DHR also received a "Green Star" designation for the eighth consecutive year by scoring 50% or higher both in "Management Component" that evaluates policies and organizational structure for ESG promotion and "Performance Component" that assesses environmental performance and tenant engagement of properties owned.

In addition, DHR received the highest rating of "A Level" on a 5-grade scale in the GRESB Public Disclosure for the seventh consecutive year based on its proactive information disclosure practices related to ESG initiatives.

Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices

Selected for Inclusion in the Dow Jones Best-in-Class Asia Pacific Index for the Third Consecutive Year

The Dow Jones Best-in-Class Indices (Note) (DJ BIC) are sustainability indices provided by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC and designed to analyze and evaluate the performance of companies based on environmental, social, and governance/economic criteria to identify global sustainability leaders for inclusion in the DJ BIC. The DJ BIC are recognized as the leading benchmarks for global investors to make responsible investment decisions.

The Dow Jones Best-in-Class Asia Pacific Index (DJ BIC AP) is designed to measure the performance of Asia-Pacific sustainability leaders and represents the top 20% of approximately 600 major companies in the Asia-Pacific region. In the 2025 assessment, DHR was selected for inclusion in the DJ BIC AP for the third consecutive year, by receiving high marks in the “climate strategy” in the environmental dimension, “customer relations” in the social dimension, and “materiality” in the governance & economic dimension. In 2025, 162 companies, of which 79 were Japanese companies including DHR, were selected for inclusion.

The Sustainability Yearbook

Selected as “Sustainability Yearbook Member”

S&P Global evaluates sustainability practices of the world's leading companies by scoring them based on environmental, social, and governance & economic criteria, selects the top 15% of companies with the highest scores in each industry as Sustainability Yearbook Members and lists them in The Sustainability Yearbook.

In The Sustainability Yearbook 2026, more than 9,200 companies from 59 industries were evaluated based on the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment ("CSA") 2025 and 848 companies including 69 Japanese companies were listed.

In the CSA 2025, DHR was recognized as one of the top 15% of companies in the Equity Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) industry and selected as a Sustainability Yearbook Member for the second consecutive year, by receiving high marks in the "climate strategy" in the environmental dimension, "customer relations" in the social dimension, and "materiality" in the governance & economic dimension.

ESG Finance Awards Japan

Selected as "Environmentally Sustainable Company"

ESG Finance Awards Japan is an award program established by the Ministry of the Environment in 2019 to promote and expand ESG finance. The aim of the program is to evaluate and honor financial institutions and organizations actively engaged in ESG finance, as well as companies actively engaged in environmental sustainability management, and to share the details of their activities with many stakeholders.

In the Environmentally Sustainable Company Category, awards are given to “Environmentally Sustainable Companies” that incorporate important environmental opportunities and risks into their management strategies, thereby improving their corporate value and creating positive environmental benefits. The award recipients are evaluated and selected based on the level of disclosure of “risks, opportunities, and strategies,” “KPIs,” and “governance” related to important environmental issues as well as the characteristics of each industry sector.

In the seventh ESG Finance Awards Japan, DHR was selected as an “Environmentally Sustainable Company” for the fourth consecutive year for meeting certain standards in terms of level of disclosure. 59 companies including DHR were selected as “Environmentally Sustainable Companies” by the Ministry of the Environment.

ARES ESG Award

Awarded the "Best Recommendation Award (Environmental Category)"

The ARES ESG Award sponsored by The Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES) is an award program established by ARES to promote ESG initiatives of J-REITs in response to growing interest in ESG in recent years. The aim of the program is to enhance the ESG initiatives of J-REITs and improve their investor recognition, by awarding the unique initiatives to share them widely within and outside the industry, rather than ranking each J-REIT as in the existing external rating and certification systems. There are Good Action Award (self-recommendation) and Best Recommendation Award (recommendation by other J-REITs) for review, and awards are given in Environmental, Social, and Governance Categories for each award.

In the ARES ESG Award 2024, DHR was awarded the Best Recommendation Award in Environmental Category, for acting as a good model for other J-REITs seeking to work on TNFD information disclosure, following the Best Recommendation Award in Governance Category awarded in 2023.

SMBC Environmental Assessment Loan

DHR received an "A" rating for its environmental initiatives, having earned high evaluation in the areas of "environmental management," "environmental communication" and "environmental conservation policy initiatives."
